Doing Shotput.

Last week we did Shotput and Discus, and we learn’t how to do it good For Shotput, First stand side on then hold the shotput, in the tip of your fingers not in your palm, next squish it like a sandwhich into your neck, point your finger up high then, throw it but when, doing that get a nice high chicken wing then high five, the giant in the sky. After you can get good at it, this can help you if you have to do some shotput, I don’t remember much about Discus, so first stand side on again then get the tips of your finger, and put them at the bottom of the discus also practise, like first stand face on straightly grab the discus and start throwing the discus low, then you to do it the orignal, away is so stand side on have it in the tips of, your finger.( I frogetten the rest) Hope this helped sorry, about the discus mabye someone else knows, Have fun knowing what to do in Shotput, This should of helped some of you who didnt, know what to do in Shotput.
