This week in harold we learn’t what peer presure means. There are two diffrenent presures that we learn’t. Peer presure, and good presure I forgot the name of the good presure. Peer presure can be where, someone can be convincing you to do it, but they know its not good. We found out tools and tricks to stop this, Mostlikely these are tricks they would use, Fake cry and say “that if they do it now, they’ll repay you oneday but they don’t”, fake it homeless they say they are homeless and get you to give them stuff, but they are not homeless. They also have the bribe, beg, The “I won’t be your friend if you don’t do it”Huddle leave someone out, threaten, chanting and black mail thats all.
Indi T cybersmart challenge – When things go wrong
-This weeks cybersmart challenge is called “When Things Go wrong.” We did this so we can know what blog comments
are rude and what to do if they are rude. Take a screenshot of the comment and send it to your teacher and copy and paste your URL, Then create a link to the URL and send. It can work on Google drive or Gmail. Choose the people you trust like your Mum or Dad and maybe your teacher.

P.E
We have a different game Girls VS Boys. In this game one side has Girls and one side has boys we have different teams, and theres a line in the middle that seperates them. When the game starts we have to run to the other side, if you get tagged in the other team, you have to run back to your line. The first one to get all the people to the other side wins, thats basiclly the whole point in the game.
Reading Post
- This week we have been reading, The book is Rereroa and Awaroa. Awaroa’s goal was to learn how to fly, she had been a Tannifa who lived in water, Rereroa helped her achieve her goal!. We had to share what we learnt, what we shared, and what we did thats all.
Writing Fractions
This Term I have learnt Fractions the bottom is demonter the top is the nemoter. If the question is 1| 2 . 1 is shaded the others not, 4|2 is 2 I think. Fractions are easy after you learn them, once you learn them you can get really good at it.
Reading
This week for reading we have been learning what Pūrakau Means, Pūrakau means shared narrtives and info about something. Pūrakau are for sharing infomation and they tell us all about the world, We have Pūrakau cause they help us share infomation, And it helps people know what we feel, think. It is another way to share infomation.
Diamante Poem
This week for Poetry we have been doing an Dimante Poem, we chose oppsites then we write about them, 1 Noun, 2 Adjevtives and 5 verbs. My Oppsites were Lynx And Hyena, And on the picture you can see the stuff I Said about them.
Poetry Indi
On my blog post I will be telling What I have learnt, How do I know I have learn’t, And i’ll be reflecting on my learning. 1. What have I learn’t, I have learn’t to write poems on my own, and create them using others ideas and words, I have also learn’t to get lots of ideas. 2. How do I know I have learn’t, When I first started school, I didn’t know what a poem is or I also didn’t know how to write, And when I started in this class I didn’t really know how to write one, 3. Reflecting on my learning, For my learning I have been learning to play basketball. Ever sense my brother started I started to play, he taught me how to dribble, shoot, bounce and more! It was enjoying well I started and now I just feel bored, and he taught me basicly how to play it. Not all rules yet but basicly them all. And now Its great to know I can play, Thats all Bye from Indi.
Beach Clean Up
On wednesday 28th June 2023 Piwakawaka, And Some of Enviro group went to the beach for a beach clean up, in total of all things found it was 601 pieces of rubish, The most was plastic with 239 pieces. Then glass with 190 pieces, 48 pieces of paper, 62 pieces of metal, 35 buts, 15 material, 6 pieces of wood and 6 mixed.
